This page is your home base for anything support-related for the OneBody Community—tech issues, billing questions, access problems, or “I’m lost, help” moments. We’ve got you.

How to Reach Support

Best way to contact us:

When you message us, include:

  • The email you used to sign up

  • Which program or membership you’re asking about

  • A quick description of the issue

  • Screenshots if something looks “weird” on your screen

We respond as quickly as possible during business hours.


Support Hours

We’re a small but mighty team (not robots… yet):

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (your time zone here)

  • Weekends & Holidays: We’re slower, but we still keep an eye on things.

If you message us outside of support hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back online.


Account & Login Issues

Locked out? Here’s what to try first:

  1. Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.

  2. Check spam/junk folders for the reset email.

  3. Make sure you’re using the same email you used to purchase/join.

Billing, Renewals & Cancellations

For questions about payments, membership renewals, or cancellations:

  • Check your purchase confirmation email for your plan and terms.

  • If you’d like to change or cancel your membership, email us with:

    • Your full name

    • The email associated with your account

    • Which membership/program you want to modify

We’ll walk you through the next steps and make sure you know exactly what to expect.


Course & Community Access

Did you join OneBody but can’t see your program, course, or community?

Try this:

  1. Log out and log back in.

  2. Make sure you’re using the same email you purchased with.

  3. If you still don’t see your content, email us and tell us:

    • What you purchased

    • Approximate purchase date

    • Screenshot of your receipt if you have it

We’ll make sure you get into what you paid for. No one gets left outside the gym door.


Tech Glitches & Bugs

If the portal, videos, or lessons aren’t loading, or something looks broken:

  • Try a different browser or device

  • Clear your cache/cookies

  • Make sure your browser is up to date

  • If it’s video-related, try lowering the quality or checking your Wi-Fi

If it’s still acting wild, email us with:

  • What page you were on

  • What you were trying to do

  • Any error message you saw

  • A screenshot if possible

The more detail you share, the faster we can fix it.


Community Conduct & Safety

OneBody is a community built on:

  • Respect

  • Encouragement

  • Real talk without shame

If you ever feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or unsafe inside the community:

  • Take a screenshot if needed

  • Email us with the details

  • We’ll review and handle it according to our community guidelines

You deserve a space that feels supportive and safe—period.
