Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Refunds

Because One Body Community programs and materials provide immediate access to digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital programs once purchase is complete.

If you encounter technical issues, we will work with you to resolve them quickly.


2. Membership Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard.

Important notes:

  • Cancellations affect future billing only.
  • There are no refunds for unused time within your current billing cycle.
  • If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again.
  • Access to content ends when your paid period ends.

3. Coaching Sessions and Live Events

Refund requests for 1-on-1 coaching sessions or live workshops are considered only if:

  • Cancellation is submitted at least 48 hours in advance
  • The coach or team approves the request
  • The session has not already been delivered or partially completed
  • Missed sessions or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

4. Promotions and Bundles

Discounted programs, bundles, or promotional purchases follow the terms stated at the time of purchase and are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly noted.
